Draft for counsel review. A lawyer has not approved this wording. The legal entity and public contact are still unset. Updated October 26, 2026.
Who is responsible
The legal entity that will operate PrivateJetPlug, and a public phone number or email for privacy questions, have not been chosen. The contact page does not list them. Do not send passport numbers, payment details or medical information to this website.
What this website collects
The public site has no request form, account or sign-in. It does not ask for a name, email address, route or any other personal detail, and it does not store one. Where a request form will eventually sit, the page says requests are not open.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. There is no sign-in cookie and no analytics cookie.
Host logs
The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address, the date and time, the page address and the browser type. PrivateJetPlug has not published a retention period for those logs. They are not used for advertising. This notice does not cover your browser, your network provider or other services you use on your own.
Trackers and sharing
No advertising, analytics or marketing tracker is installed. A visit does not send your details to an aircraft operator, an aviation data service or a messaging service. The site does not sell personal information.
What a visit does not do
Browsing does not reserve a flight, open an account, enroll a membership or take a payment. Cabin images are illustrations created with Grok. They do not show an aircraft offered for charter.
Separate from PCNY
PrivateJetPlug is separate from PCNY. This site does not import charitable funds, donor records or charity branding.
If requests open later
Forms and accounts stay closed until message delivery, a production database, a lawyer-reviewed privacy notice and a decision to open them are all in place. This draft will be replaced before the site collects personal details. Before anyone is asked for information, the notice will say what is collected, why it is kept, and how to ask for access or deletion.
A lawyer still has to name the responsible entity, the privacy contact, how long any future records are kept, which companies process them, and how people exercise privacy rights.
